FAQs

Q: Do I need to register in advance?
A: Yes — we strongly recommend registering early! Our caterer requires final numbers one week before the event, so advance registration helps us plan accurately. A small number of late registrations may be accepted, pending available space at the end of the registration period. Please register early to avoid disappointment!

Q: What should I bring?
A: This is a rain-or-shine event, so please dress for the weather! July is typically hot — we recommend wearing layers, a hat, and comfortable walking shoes. If conditions are wet, please wear boots and bring appropriate rain gear. We also encourage you to bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. A hot lunch is included with registration; light snacks and refreshments will be available periodically throughout the day.

Q: What dietary restrictions will be accommodated at lunch?
A: Our caterer offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We will do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions and will contact you to confirm details if needed. Please indicate any dietary needs during registration.
